We would be happy to advise you and provide useful tips on care, location, planting and more. If you would like to order special plants, you can give us a call and we will reserve the plants for you until the pick-up or delivery date.
In our nursery we are very well equipped to plant your balcony boxes, bowls, baskets and pots in any size for you.
A specialty are personalized flower bowls and baskets. On the one hand as a nice present on a round birthday, or on the other hand as a souvenir at a memorial service.
No matter for which occasion or in which season - with our selection of around 1000 plant varieties you will surely find what you are looking for. We would also be happy to decorate your event with beautiful flowers or plants.
Upon request, we will pick up your balcony boxes from your home, plant them in our nursery according to your instructions and wishes and finally deliver them back to you. We deliver to the entire Gold Coast region around Lake Zurich.
PS: On our well-known open-door day, held every year in early May, we offer a free delivery service! A great opportunity to stop by on this day and profit from this special offer. We are looking forward to your visit!
We also care for your tub plants in the cooler season. In the nursery we are set up with different climate zones, so that the respective plant needs are also met during the winter in our latitudes. In this way, Mediterranean or subtropical or tropical plants can survive the winter without any problems.
For the coming winter season, we will adjust the square meter prices because of the massive increase in heating costs and general inflation. We now charge per m2:
CHF 238.00 in the "cold house" at least +5°C
suitable for: citrus fruits, olives, oleander etc.
CHF 245.00 in the "warm house" at least +10°C
suitable for: hibiscus, dipladenia, bougainvillea etc.
As in previous years, the equivalent is the expert and individual care of your plants with fertilizer, plant protection and the use of beneficial insects to regulate pests.
Additional service such as pruning, repotting, or if you want us to pick up the plants and deliver them again in spring, the price depends on the effort involved (access by stairs, etc.), which is CHF 96.00 per person and hour, required materials (except substrate/pots) and vehicles are included.
Flowers are always a nice idea to give away: In addition to gift ideas and gift vouchers, the village nursery in Küsnacht also offers flower arrangements, bouquets, vegetable baskets and much more.
